Download Free Games for your Xbox one and Xbox 360 in May

Every month Microsoft releases a new line up of games for Xbox One and Xbox 360 for free for its Xbox Live with Gold Membership. Read the article and know which games have been added by the tech giant this.


April has been a busy month for Microsoft, first the company shared new details about the 4K Xbox codenamed Project Scorpio. Then the creators update came for Windows 10 and now, on Friday, the team of Xbox has revealed the free Xbox One and Xbox 360 games with Gold for the month of May. Microsoft has revealed all of the freebies coming to Xbox Live’s Games with Gold next month for Xbox 360 and Xbox One. The selection for the next month, May, is looking exciting specially for the lovers of the Star Ware with two of the next month titles coming from this iconic franchise. Star Wars: The Fore Unleashed 2 and Lego Star Wars, The Complete Saga will be available for Xbox 360. They are also playable on Xbox One via backward compatibility. Xbox One owners can pick up Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams and Lara Coft: The Temple of Osiris throughout the month of May on top of classic offerings. Once the each title is present in your library, then you can download then whenever you like given you have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription. You can find the full list of games below that will available for Xbox One and Xbox 360 games with Gold or you can also take Xbox Live Tech Support:

  • LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga (May 16-31)
It’s the Xbox 360 games that are exciting for me. The force Unleashed 2 didn’t review well but I never played it when it first came out. I may as well give it a spin now. Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga is the real treat, however. The Lego Star Wars games are adorable and funny and being able to play them on Xbox One, and all thanks to backward compatibility as it is very cool

You will save nearly $75 if you pick up all four of all these games and can add up to 4000 to your game score. Also, keep in mind that each of Xbox 360 titles are backward compatible with the Xbox One, so even if you don’t have an Xbox 360 on hand, you can download all the four games that have been listed above.
