New Backwards Compatible Game Arrives on Xbox One

It’s the time again, when on Tuesdays and Thursdays Microsoft typically adds the new Xbox 360 games to the list of those games that are playable on Xbox One through its backward compatibility program. The catalog of backward compatible games has grown again today with the addition of Square Enix's stealth-assassination game Hitman Absolution. This was announced by Major Nelson of Microsoft and Larry Hryb of Xbox on Twitter with a confirmation that this title will be available on February 14,2017. This game after the success of GTA iV and it is only game which has been added. This game now joins the quickly growing list of backward compatible games that numbers now to 300. Hitman Absolution is the only the third game which is backward compatible and launched by Microsoft this month. It is quite a small heave as compared to the list of titles added last month. If you already own a digital copy of this game on Xbox 360 or have it on disc, then it must automatically will show in the games library of Xbox One. Last Tuesday the game that was added was LEGO: Indiana Jones and it was followed by another game addition on Thursday by Grand Theft Auto IV, along with the two Episodes from Liberty City add-on packs. Today Hitman Absolution has been added which was launched on Xbox 360 almost three years ago. When the game was released, it was perforated with the issues on all the three platforms, but the main issue was the corrupted file savers on console along with freezing, crashes, and the like. This game was not one of the most expected game by the game lovers and fanes, but still it received over 30000 votes for its inclusion. The most requested title by fans was for Xbox One backward compatibility was Call of Duty Black Ops 2, which got almost 200k votes so far.
